Method 3: By replacing the boiler as a whole, the emission reduction of nitrogen oxides is 50% or more, and the concentration is less than 30 mg/m3.


(1) Single boiler capacity is less than or equal to 4 steam tons: low nitrogen boiler subsidy = 2. 6 × boiler capacity + 7 (ten thousand yuan)


(2) Single boiler capacity is greater than 4 steam tons: low nitrogen combustion boiler subsidy = 2. 5 × boiler capacity + 8 (ten thousand yuan)


  2. Subsidy for gas boilers with a capacity of 20 steam tons or more for a single boiler


(1) For projects with a NOx emission concentration reduction of 50% or more and a concentration value lower than 30 mg/m3, the award fund shall be awarded according to 30% of the investment amount;


(2) If the concentration of nitrogen oxide emission reduction is greater than or equal to 50% and the concentration value reaches between 30 and 80 mg/m3, the award fund shall be awarded according to 25% of the investment amount.


(3) New gas-fired boilers after May 2017 should meet the requirements of the Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau for low-nitrogen combustion emission standards for gas-fired boilers, but do not enjoy the low-nitrogen combustion award-compensation policy.

According to the "Notice of Zhengzhou City People's Republic of China on Printing and Distributing the Action Plan for the Prevention and Control of Atmospheric Pollution in Zhengzhou City in 2017", since February 2017, the nitrogen oxide emission control of the newly approved natural gas boiler in Zhengzhou City must be Below 30 mg/m3, existing natural gas boilers will also gradually implement low-nitrogen conversion.
